We provide free global insured shipping for all orders. All deliveries are made on standard business days, Monday to Friday.

Delivery Package
Every item shipped from Tina Winness is accompanied by all related documents, including diamond/gemstone certificate/s (if applicable).
- Engagement rings and wedding bands are delivered in ring boxes.
- Loose diamonds and gemstones are delivered in secure packaging.
All parcels sent out are protected from damage with our delivery box and secured with a security sticker. We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
If the security sticker is tampered, please do not sign the parcel and contact our customer service immediately.
Fully Insured and Secure
All domestic orders within Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are fully insured. A signature is required for all deliveries, regardless of any waivers you may have with the shipping company. The person listed on the invoice is required to sign for receipt of the package.
For credit card payments, it is only possible to ship to your card’s billing and registered address or to your local DHL/FedEx collection branches.
